Beginning May 9
We will soon have a new studio location, which is bittersweet for me. The week of May 2 is our last week at the current location. We've been here I believe 12 years, met so many wonderful souls over the years, so many beautiful memories.
So if you'd like to join in on a class to say goodbye to the space that has served us so well, drop me a line.
The new space is a bit larger and equipped with a washroom (fancy! HA) and roomier entrance. Located at 74 Concession 6 Rd (3 roads north of current location), it also has heated floors and overlooks forest and farmland with a warm atmosphere. I invite you to join us for a class to check it ALL out. We will have a grand opening at a later date. Monday morning classes are full at the moment, so let us know if you're interested in getting on the waiting list. This could open up a new day/time.

A great way to combat those feelings of anxiety and stress!!
To feel and look good on the outside, we must focus and begin on the inside.
Nurturing your true self
Saturday, May 28, 2022
9 AM - 12 PM
Register early to reserve your space!
Location: 74 Conc. 6 Rd. Fisherville
Energy Exchange $50.
In this retreat, we will focus on soul nourishment through self-loving exercises, yoga & qigong, meditations and relaxation.
With life’s many challenges we may experience depression or anxiety. By opening up through practices in this retreat, we can release pain, tension, even suffering, thus inviting in a more positive vibration. These vibrations can allow us to live more in the present moment. When we live at a higher frequency, we are more in tune with our surroundings, living with more awareness and a greater sense of joy.
By nurturing our true self, the soul, we will leave the retreat feeling refreshed, renewed and more harmonious.

People often ask me, "How do we know whether to refrain from something or go toward it?" My answer is, just practice what comes naturally at the time. If the first instinct, refraining, seems like it would be the most helpful, do that. But if you feel that you can keep your heart and mind open a little longer to someone who's irritating you or triggering your impatience, then follow your instinct and do that. Then maybe, based on having been able to stay open a little longer in that situation, you'll begin to get a sense of what it would mean to not turn away at all.
As the days Warm…
We all know that the sun generates heat, energy, and has a way of rejuvenating us. Too much of a good thing can also be harmful, whether it’s the sun or strawberries. Take care with sunscreen and shade as the days warm.
Big love and deep peace,
