QIGONG

This practice, also known as Chi Kung, dates back more than 4000 years where it was used in martial arts training. The Chinese practice of the 24 Postures aligns breath, movement, and awareness for exercise and healing. Qi means energy. It is a gentle flowing method, focusing on energy movement all done from standing, but can also be modified from a chair.
