Hatha Yoga
with Dori
A beautiful fusion of traditional Hatha Yoga with Yin, Kundalini, and healing elements. Together, we will move in warm-up postures, chant, meditate, stretch in strong postures, and at the end - a nourishing relaxation. Includes breath work and inspirational readings for grounding energy and to focus the mind. Through Yoga practice, and deep breathing, your nervous system has time to rest and reset. This class will leave you feeling relaxed, calm and empowered - a wonderful way to start the day (Monday mornings) or to end the day (Wednesday evening evenings) for a restful sleep.

QiGong
with Dori
Together, we will breathe deeply as we move through these 24 positions, designed to stretch and strengthen the body and calm the mind. Broken up into three sections, we will first focus on the upper part of our body, then the middle, and finally the lower part. As we move into the posture, we breathe in, then we hold the breath momentarily, and as we move out of the posture, we exhale. Breaths are long and deep and postures are slow and intentional. Qigong has the ability, through deep breathing, to reset and rest the nervous system. This class will leave you feeling calm, energized and empowered. A midweek boost.

Hatha Yoga
with Laurie
My teaching is rooted in traditional hatha Yoga and has been influenced by many modern styles over the years. My approach includes gentle floor work, breathwork, meditation, and standing postures, that support improved mobility, balance, strength, and self-awareness. I encourage participants to move in ways that feel right for their bodies, within a welcoming environment that promotes self-confidence and connection between body, mind, and breath.
My hope is that participants leave each class feeling less stressed, more grounded, and carrying a sense of accomplishment and well-being with them beyond the mat.

Slow Flow Yoga

Ease the body into stretches, flow through postures to get the muscles engaged and warm, then slow down to work through tight muscles, release tension, and find deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
